Sah Polymers Limited Announces Cessation of Chetna as Independent Director

Sah Polymers Limited announced that Ms. Chetna, Independent Director of the Company whose current second term of appointment as Independent Director is expired on August 18, 2023, and not eligible for reappointment as Independent Director of the Company. Accordingly, the tenure of Ms. Chetna as Independent Director of the Company shall come to end on August 18, 2023.
